I have packaged a compiled version of Apache Solr with Lithuanian language support developed by Žygimantas Medelis, M. Petkevičius and Tomas Krilavičius.
I have also added some documentation for novice users.
So if you need to search through lots of Lithuanian text, grab a copy from GitHub: emilis/solr-lt.
